He began his career at Walters & Cohen Architects, gaining early exposure to rigorous design standards and carefully crafted educational and cultural projects. He went on to contribute to the award-winning team at Buckley Gray Yeoman, refining his ability to develop concept designs that balance aesthetic ambition with practical delivery.
Benjamin later joined BAM Construct UK as an Architectural Assistant, working closely with senior leadership on concept development and feasibility work across a range of commercial and public-sector schemes. This experience deepened his understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder environments and the dynamics of large-scale built-environment projects.
His subsequent role at Bouygues UK further advanced his technical and creative skillset. There, he specialised in bespoke bid writing, high-quality graphic presentation, and the production of detailed design documentation. His work played a key role in shaping winning bids, elevating both the clarity and the persuasive impact of project submissions.
