    Head of Professional Services

    Owen is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, with over 18 years experience across the public and private sectors.

    He has a degree in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Manchester and a post-graduate diploma in Real Estate Management from Anglia Ruskin University .

    His experience covers the full breadth of property services including ‘Red Book’ valuations. Owen also provides high-level strategic asset management, property management and service charge administration.

    His professional background of lease advisory services includes rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.

    Owen has particular expertise in feasibility studies, property development appraisals, cashflow analysis and development management from pre-planning to construction and hand-over.

  • Alison Dunevein Gordon

    Head of Transformation

    Alison is a skilled business professional with a rich career spanning over thirty years with clients from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies. She has a wealth of experience designing and implementing processes and systems to optimise business performance and increase output.
    She has spent several years working with teams of Property Surveyors, understanding the range of specialist tasks involved to create the most effective processes including, for example, acquisitions, disposals, and compliance. During this time, she met and first worked with Karim to instigate and deliver a dynamic programme of work to support the best delivery of Council services. This included a strategic asset review of a £1.2 billion property portfolio to maximise both capital receipts from surplus assets and income from retained property.
    Alison has written property strategy and policy documents for local authorities with the aim of moving their focus towards implementing the Corporate Landlord Model. Alison has developed an expert approach to problem solving and delivering successful outcomes.

He has a broad base of experience with a degree in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Manchester and a post-graduate diploma in Real Estate Management from Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford. He has been directly responsible for overseeing property functions and mandates ranging from £100m to £1bn within the UK with a focus on the South-East and London markets.

    His experience covers the full breadth of real estate consultancy services including ‘Red Book’ valuations for secured lending, probate and legal compliance, strategic asset management, property management and service charge administration, lease advisory services including rent review, agency transactional work from acquisitions to disposal and property development and conversion overseeing developments from pre-planning and financial appraisal through to construction and hand-over. He holds a Finance degree from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree in Property Valuation & Law from City University Business School.

    His diverse background includes working within private practice, financial institutions, property companies and various public sector bodies, including London Boroughs, District and County Councils. This breadth of experience has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and an unrivalled approach to real estate investment, asset management and portfolio optimisation.

    A trusted advisor to Boards, C-suite executives and elected Members, Karim has developed a high degree of political acumen, ensuring alignment between corporate strategies and broader economic, social and policy objectives. His expertise extends to representing institutions and authorities at high-level, cross-border forums, where he provides insight and leadership on key real estate and infrastructure matters.
